Entering Verizon Password On Apple Store

Hello - I am trying to place my order on Apple's store through my verizon account.

However every time I enter my billing password which works on verizonwireless.com it gives me an error message.

Anyone know what password they are looking for on the Apple Store?

I used the same password as my vzw.com password.

Yes, its that password that gets asked when you call VZW, not the one that logs you into the online site.

Your billing password can only be up to 5 characters. It's like a PIN.
It's not the password that's used for logging into the Web site.

However, you can log into the Web site and there is a place where you can set your billing password.
