Enterprize email? Anyone know details?

I know apple has a page on their homesite about it, but details seems pretty scarce to me. Mostly because my IT department says they need more. Is there some comprehensive overview to Enterprise email on the iPhone out there?

The iPhone has a very easy to set up Exchange client - what more would they need? I'm not an Exchange professional and I could set up the client in 5 minutes.
