Title basically says it all.

If I playing music in iTunes and attempt to open Photoshop CS6 the entire screen freezes (music continues to play) and I can do nothing except for a hard boot.

When I attempt to open Photoshop a second time (with no music playing) I receive the "photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver" warning (see screenshot).

My research on the matter has not rendered a solution that has worked.

Anything I can try?

Macbook Pro late 2013
Thanks.

Reinstall Yosemite. If the driver is corrupted that will resolve it. There is a possibility it is a hardware fault that "looks" like a driver issue but I would reinstall first.
