Entourage '08...anyone able to drag image to address

I'd like to add an image to contacts, and when I open one, it reads "drag and drop image"...but of course, this doesn't work...not from iPhoto, not from Desktop...nothing.

What am I doing wrong? This seems like a simple task.

I'm a Mac newbie so forgive me if this is an easy fix.

It's a current known issue, to be fixed in a future update.
