Entourage '08 won't launch

Since buying and installing Office for Mac 2008 (Media edition) all programs seem to be working fine except Entourage.
When I launch it, it appears in the dock, the about screen appears, the chime sounds, and then it just disappears.
It won't launch.
Am I gonna have to reinstall? For the record I had the pre-latest update version of Office for Mac before removing with 'App Zapper'. Is there an Entourage file from the old program hanging around that might be messing it up?

Try running the database repair utility.

Also, when removing Office, it's best to use Microsoft's removal toll.(In additional tools folder in Office folder)
