Hi.

I have a few people on Macs using Entourage 2004/8 connecting to Exchange. The Macs are not associated with AD. Entourage is set up with the company OWA address as the server (https://webmail.ourdomain.com) and seems to work well; email contacts and calendars all show up.

I need to set up calendar sharing. I have allowed editor access to the source calendar (Primary calendar of the source user's mailbox, not a custom one) with editors rights. When I use the 'File > Open other user's folder' it appears to work but the calendar doesn't show up.

Has anybody else had this problem? From what I understand the user does not need to be bound to AD for shared resources to be accessible, only to receive full delegated rights (receive copies of other users meeting requests).

I can't imagine I'm the only person to have come across this although Google hasn't helped much so far.

Can you show me a screenshot of an Entourage calendar after you have opened the other user's calendar?

Also, what version of Exchange are you connecting to?

Regards,
Nadyne.
