Entourage 2004 & OS X Services

Entourage 2004 now supports Services. However, is the “Mail...” option in the Services menu limited to Apple Mail, or can it be configured to use Entourage? I know Entourage is set as my default mail program, but using the Services menu always brings up Apple Mail. Is there a way to change that?
