Entourage 2004, trying to load MSN passport account?

I am trying to put a MSN passport email account, onto Entourage 2004, and it will not verify. password everything is correct but It will not let me put it on. Does anyone know how to add this type of email account.

This is the error

Error
HTTP error. Access to the resource is forbidden.

Explanation
The Windows Live Hotmail folder list could not be received.

Account name: "Untitled E-mail account"

Error: -18597
