I need to revert my mail to look how it was. I was clicking through my mail and it turned this attached!! How do I revert it back to how I had it?

That's hard to say without your telling us how you had it.

I'm not sure what your previous view was, but I'll make a guess that you used to have the preview pane visible. Go to View -> Preview Pane -> On right (or on bottom, whichever you prefer).

If that's not what you're looking for, then you'll have to describe what you want.
