hello, i have office 2008 with entourage connecting to our exchange server. in the addressbook application within entourage, is there a way to show an index of letters so that i can jump to all last names that start with a S? or is this even possible or done in another way?

also, i noticed that the names displays as firstname lastname, but sorted by lastname. is there a way to change the display of name to lastname, firstname? or do i have to edit the columns showing and instead of selecting name, i should select last name, first name?

You can add a last name and first name column [ctrl+click] then sort accordingly.

thanks, thats fine if you have a few entries. but my boss has close to 800 contacts and he prefer an index like outlook. so if he wants to jump down to the W's for instance, he just clicks on W instead of scrolling all the way down. i guess entourage doesn't have this feature.
