Entourage 2008 on Macbook Pro Retina

Hi,
I need to connect to an exchange 2003 server and think I am correct in saying that Outlook 2011 does not support this. So I have a few questions:

I have entourage 2008 running with the server but is there any way to make it less blurry apart from changing the whole screen res?

Secondly can apple mail connect to exchange 2003 server?

Apple Mail does not support Exchange 2003.

Before Microsoft released the retina display fix for 2011, there was a workaround that might help.

Is a font fix for Word 2011 on a Retina display really this easy?

I doubt that Office 2008 will get a retina fix from Microsoft. The only other alternatives I can suggest are

1)Access your Exchange account with your browser and use 2011 Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2) Use Office 2010 for Windows via Parallels. It does support Exchange 2003.
