Entourage 2008: Signature not available when attaching doc

Hey all

This is a bit of a weird one. In Entourage 2008 with all patches applied, when my user attaches a document of any kind to an email, her signature doesn't appear. Even if she tries to select the signature manually, it just comes up blank.

Anyone know why this might be or have a solve for me?
