Entourage 2008 Signatures

I am running Entourage 2008 and I have a signature file with my company name bolded as well as the logo at the bottom. I have the html enabled and everything looks fine, but when I start a new message or reply to a message, it only shows plain text. My logo and my blue lettering don't show up. Any ideas?
