We've got a client using Entourage 2008 that connects to a mailbox running Exchange 2003. He's been using this for well over a year without any issues. For the past couple of weeks, he's been having an issue in which mail will flow to Entourage, but if he deletes it, it will not delete the copy of the message on the server.

We've tried using the Empty Cache function within the Folder Properties section and that did force the inbox within Entourage to sync with the server. However, it did not correct the issue. As new mail comes in and is deleted, it will not delete the copy from the actual mailbox.

Anyone experienced this or know of a way to correct?

Thanks in advance.
