Entourage Address Book On Toolbar Stopped Working

On the toolbar when I click the address book icon, instead of the address book I get address book views which allows me to create custom searches which can be viewed. However, the address book itself in full can only be accessed if I click the mail icon and then under the "On My Computer" Folder list I click "Address Book". I believe this area is also known as the Favorites Bar.

Again this works fine to access my contacts but if I click the Icon for the address book on the toolbar it switches me back to the address book views bar which replaces the On My Computer Bar and I can only use the saved search views. The other Icons on the toolbar, Calendar, Tasks, work fine. Just the Address Book Icon seems to have lost its connection to the address book.
