Entourage and Public Folders

Hi everybody,
I'm using Entourage 2004 and an exchange account. I've been able to create new public folders on the exchange and view them on Entourage, but haven't been able to view new public contacts or calenders through Entourage. Just the mail folders. I'm banging my head against the wall here. Is this a completely pointless endeavor? Is this a problem that can't be fixed. Much much thanks in advance to anyone who writes back!

Exchange is something I don't know much about. But I use Entourage as my contact and calendar database and I love it. I wonder if there's an import feature that would sync your exchange data with entourage?!

And the obvious question: have you tried "Entourage Help"?
