Entourage, Blackberry and an Enterprise Server

Currently, I am connected to an enterprise server, use a Blackberry and Mac Mail. If I switch to Entourage, will the addresses and calendar entries I store in Entourage show up on my Blackberry the way it would if I were using Outlook?
