I wonder if anyone can help with this strange problem. I have a G5 10.4.11 running Entourage with 4 users on it. All of a sudden one of the users Entourage account has stopped working & today a second one has stopped with the same problem. The other 2 accounts are ok for now. I also have an iMac 24" that has the same users, & all Entourage accounts are fine.
Every setting is identical on all the accounts (I have treble checked) & the error I get is:
"Entourage cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network" Error: -3263
Has anyone ever seen this & perhaps can help me?
I have tried deleting the user & recreating, but it then tells me that the imap details are incorrect (which of course they are not)!
