Entourage deletes and goes to the next new item...

so has anyone else noticed that when you delete an item in entourage that it selects the next newest item vs going down the list? This is opposite of the way EVERY other email program/app I have ever used.

I have searched all over the help menu but haven't found any setting to change this to the correct way.

help!
