 Hi,

This question is a tricky one to explain, but I will do my best!

I am new to macs.

I recently sent an email to a group of people. The group I called 'jobs'. I am looking for work.

I sent the email to the group called 'jobs'. I did a test to see if it was working. Which it did, but I see a problem.

If I choose a group, such as 'jobs' the recipecant gets an email that has the group name in the receivers 'To:' box. In other words the people in the list all get an email showing that the email is addressed to the group name like 'jobs'. not their own email address.

How do i stop this. I would like all people I email to get their email with their own email address in the 'To:box not the group name.

Thanks

Dom

Open the group, copy all the email addresses and paste them in the bcc field.

I cannot copy the email addresses in the group and paste them into the BCC field.

When I select all in the group the copy option greys out!

Annoying really. Any other ideas?

Dom
