Getting this message when trying to send email, have tried 1, 2, or 20 recipients and still wont go thru. Message reads:
"Mail could not be sent using the account XXX XXXX"
"Mail error, the server did not understand the request."
Some emails go thru fine, most don't and I get this message. Another co-worker is getting this message as well, but not all the time. 2 others don't see error at all. And ideas will help!
 
Sounds like you've got your outgoing mail settings wrong. Check with your Internet provider to make sure that you're using the correct settings and ports.
