Really need some help on this one if anyone can, please!!!
Have a client that is running entourage 2008, version 12.2.0.
They are using godaddy's web based email setup (their choice, not mine!).
They keep getting various email messages like:
1. An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic.
2. unable to scan $HOME/Maildir
3. Sorry, that message exceeds the maximum message length.
The messages also don't have any sort of id number or error number, just the text message.
In addition to what is listed above they will randomly not get emails as well. When I try to contact godaddy support they are useless, literally. And when I try and test the godaddy web based email setup everything works fine. It seems like the disconnect is with entourage.
ARe there any update fixes or down grading that can fix this sort of stuff? I don't use entourage so I am clueless with it.
Has anyone come across anything like this? Help !!!!
