I have Entourage on my iMac at home (2.4ghz 24 incher) and can connect it to my work's exchange server via OWA. The email syncing works well but I have problems with synchronizing my calendar. It seems that most of my calendar events don't download into Entourage. None of the all day events do and one some of the time events do. Any ideas?

Consider yourself lucky. Many, if not most, Exchange implementations are limited to their host LAN. Beyond that, every implementation of Exchange is different. Only someone who is familiar with your implementation can help you with it.
