Entourage Freeze

I recently upgraded to Leopard and now Entourage will freeze soon after attempting to send/receive. After the freeze, and even after force quitting the program, I am unable to open any applications until I restart my computer. Any applications already open before the Entourage freeze will operate properly though.

Please help. What should I do?
