Entourage icon wont stop bouncing

I have a 3 month old iMac and installed 2004 version of Entourage. Every 10 minutes the Entourage icon starts bouncing up and down. I cant find a way to stop this, except to bring the open program to the forefront. Can anyone help?

And you can turn off that animation in Entourage settings.
