Entourage in Mac

Hello everyone!

I have encountered a problem with a client who is using Mac and uses Entourage email program. She has created several contact lists in Entourage and she wants to export 2 contact lists from there to Excel.

Does anyone know how to do this? How do you select just the contact list you want to export without exporting all the contact lists?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there Karen -
I don't use Entourage myself, so I can't test this, but...why don't you try opening Excel and Entourage, going to Entourage, select each contact list, drag it over to Excel, and drop it there. If you want the lists in separate sheets, just select a blank Excel sheet (or create a new one) before dragging over the second contact list.
