Entourage/Mail to Outlook

Sadly need to give up my MBP for a sony laptop (windows at work) and am having issues finding a simple way to move my emails to Outlook 2007. Would really appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction.

I have all my emails and folders in both Mac Mail and Entourage in case one is easier to export to Outlook 2007.

Keeping Emails in Mail/Entourage

My issues is not getting emails to Outlook 2007, but rather how do I keep emails received in Mail/Entourage in the inbox without them going be received in mail/entourage and then once I open Outlook 2007, Outlook empties my mail/entourage inbox. I would like my inbox for Mail/Entourage and Outlook to remain identical - how do I set that up?
