Entourage mailbox and address book

I'm not sure if this a simple question or not, but I can't find Entourage's mailboxes or address book. A friend's G4 iBook just died and she has a backup of her stuff but can't find the malbox or address book to import into her new hard drive. Where are they on the HD?

Any help much appreciated.
