Entourage Not Displaying HTML Correctly

I am trying to import messages into Entourage from Mac Mail but in Entourage many of the messages that I have imported display as HTML code and not the HTML layout--any idea how to get them to display correctly? This is Entourage 2008 and Mac Mail 3.x. The messages look fine in Mac Mail.
