Entourage not updating messages as read

Hi,

I use Entourage to check my mail via imap, I also have my iphone setup to read my messages. The problem is if I read a message on my iPhone, the message still appears as unread. This wasn't a problem when I was using Thunderbird. Is there a setting I'm missing?
