Entourage only downloading the emails I have sent.

I just installed student/teach edition of office. When I set up entourage and had it pull my email it only downloaded the emails I intiated. Has anybody had this problem or know how I can solve this? I am pulling from gmail and tripple checked the problem. I also have redone the process several times with no luck.

If you send a message from gmail through the web based mail then you will receive a copy to your Entourage mail. Same thing happens to me with Apple's mail app and gmail. Look in the gmail preferences and make sure you don't save a copy of everything you send, that could be the problem.

Thanks for the tip I will look into it. I checked my email this evening and it finally downloaded my other emails.
