Entourage Problem Syncing Birthdays with Mac Address Book

Every time I enter a birthday in entourage 2004 and uses Mac's sync service to sync it with Address Book, the birthday are recorded in Address Book a day later. If I enter 10/15/00 in entourage it comes up 10/14/00 in Address book. Any solutions?
