Entourage Rules - Move emails from certain address to another folder

I'm trying to move emails sent from a particular email address to a folder. I've created the folder "Property" and added the following rule:

If any criteria are met
From - Is - info@somedomain.com

Then
Move message - Folder "Property"

That doesn't work, the emails go directly to my inbox rather than the folder. I've also tried "From - Contains - info@somedomain.com"

Can anyone help ?
