Entourage Shrinks E-Mail Reply Text

I just started using Entourage and have noticed that the program shrinks previous text in the same e-mail thread in a few of my e-mails, but not all. Has anyone come across this and/or know if there is a remedy? Thanks!

Check under Preferences > Reply and Forward

There are options for how replies are formatted. Make a couple of changes there and see what happens. I'm guessing "Reply to messages in the format in which they were sent"

i have "reply in format in which they were sent" checked, still i get shrinking text, but only from one email server. could this be a problem in how that server is set up?

I find this only happens when you highlight text in the original message BEFORE you hit reply. There is some kind of bug in Entourage that truncates the message if you leave something highlighted. If you un-highlight the text and then hit reply again, the whole message should be there. Anyone else see this?
