macOS Entourage subject line boilerplate on dblclick?

In Entourage I use a particular subject line about 30 times a day for email I send out.

Perhaps I'm a dolt, but I can't find any Microsoft info on how to make other than a signature boilerplate. IMO typical Microsoft BS.

Ideally it would be nice to just have it print the boilerplate phrase in the Subject line text box on click or doubleclick after focus. A hot key would be 2nd choice.

Anyone have an idea that a beginner could implement?
