Entourage Vs. Mail

I am currently going thru the debate of using mail instead of Entourage 2004, i kinda like the Spotlight search thing that would not be avail to me if i keep using Entourage. A few questions here

Would i be losing much funtionality by switching?

Wouldnt it cost more in resources to run iCal and Mail, instead of just entourage?

and the most important to me

Can i import my address book, Calendar and mail from entourage to their perspective OS X apps?

I did this today. Importing works really well in Address Book, iCal, and Mail. Hopefully someone will comment on the resource useage issue. I like that these programs are so well integrated with Safari and other Mac applications.

I accualy bought office 2004 for entorage but I dont like it. I expected Outlook and got someting totally different

I like mail.app better
