just my iP6 plus to envirophone for a good price last week. They've just got back to me and knocked £80 off the offer for 'minor wear and tear'.

Does anyone have experience with them and how reasonable their offers are? If I reject it are they likely to up their offer or just return the phone.

Their offer is now below all other companies I've searched so considering getting it back and trying them.

How have you guys got on with them?

I've sent two iPhones back and didn't get any knocked off. To be fair both phones were looked after and looked like new.

I sent my 6 plus to them Saturday and they've just informed me that it's as specified and I'll get the whole amount.

There was one very minor scuff on one corner which you can't really see unless it's right up to your face. Annoying. Slightly concerned other buyers will pick you the same thing and knock their offer down. Not sure what to do.

I sent mine yesterday and just received an email offering me the full amount. It was immaculate other than a 1mm mark on the side.

So after I rejected their offer last night I've had an email this morning to say they want to offer the original price.

I had a feeling this might happen.

Sent my old 5 off to them yesterday - watching this thread with interest. So it's around a week for payment after the inspection ?

Yes it seems to be. Mine was inspected yesterday (29th Sep) and I received an email to say that payment would be made on 6th October. I will be getting an Amazon Voucher so not sure if standard payment takes the same amount of time.

I've always used Mazuma mobile - they pay the money into your account the day they receive the phone and I've never had any issues with them trying to lowball me

This probably doesn't help but I attempted to use them once. They were awful! In my experience (and some friends) they offer more money then reduce the price once they receive it, even when the phone is spotless. You then have to wait a week to get your phone back if you reject the offer. I would always go with Mazuma, they normally offer a little bit less but there is no hassle at all. If it works, they will pay what they say they will. I was greedy but never again!!

My first and only experience with them has been very good. I got the initial quote the day before the official announcement of the 6S/6S Plus. They extended the offer by one week so I was able to send it off on the 28th and they got it on the 29th. The same day I got an email at around 4PM saying it had passed and I would be getting the full amount. I've been tracking my sale on their web site and the payment was actioned yesterday and I should be getting it on the 6th of October. After some of the negative experiences posted on these forums I may reconsider using them again even though I did get the full amount promised by them.

They've emailed to say the money will clear into my account on 7th. Definitely slow but the best price I was offered.

I only use mizuma mobile never had any issues with them and the cash goes into the bank the same day

Just checked Apple and they offer £320 for a 64gb 6+ vs Envirofones £354 vs Mizuma £340.If I was upgrading to a 6S+ I would prefer the convenience of walking into an Apple store and doing the deal there.

Game Instore offered £440 for iPhone 6 Plus 128gb A grade condition. Best I've seen anywhere. Apples trade in prices are criminal

Took my old 5s 64GB to o2 for their recycle program yesterday, got £150 for it. Envirofone only offered £143 for it and cex £141
