Are EPS and AI File icons and previews working again in the Venturas finder? Or is it gonna be another year of being annoyed as a graphic designer?

What do you mean "working again"? They are working perfectly in all the betas (at least in my Mac).

Obviously you’re not a designer and have no idea what I’m talking about 🤷🏻‍♂️
I managed to get them to work under Monterey about 50% of the time with some hack plugin for quicklook (I wish I could remember what it was), but it still requires you to save your AI and EPS files with PDF compatibility, which means old EPS files still have to be opened and re-saved for it to work. It's a P.I.T.A. for sure.

I doubt Ventura is going to change things, but we can hope.

Yeah I tried all the tricks and wasn’t impressed by the results. I download a lot of EPS files from stock photography sites for work and like to have quick previews so I know what is what so this has all definitely slowed down my work flow since it started. I can’t believe they aren’t doing anything about it considering how many designers use macs
