Hi

I've got an all-in-one printer (Epson DX3800) and the ink levels are not showing up in the supplies section. I've looked on the manufacturers website for drivers, but they dont have any for the mac.

Is there any way in which I can get around this?

Cheers

Here's a link to Epson 3800 series printer drivers for Mac. Also dedicated support pages for Leopard & Snow Leopard.

HTH ... Cheers!

How are you checking the levels? From the site:

Note: To check ink levels, click the Utility button, then click EPSON StatusMonitor. The Supply Levels button will not show remaining ink levels for your Epson printer.

Also, check out the part about the Gutenprint designation. If the first doesn't get you past the issue, you might try a generic Epson driver from Apple. I've used one for Canon in past and it worked fine.

Epson did this

After the last update of Epson drivers I noticed the Printer Utility could no longer be found in the Applications folder. To check ink levels go to Print & Fax Preference panel, click on your printer / options and supplies / ignore "supply levels" and click on "utility"/ Epson Printer Utility 4 opens up. Ink check works from here.
As far as the actual utility - search doesn't find it. A heads-up on this would have been in order.
