Does anyone else share this problem? I
love Epson printers for borderless
quality prints. I currently use a Epson
960 but cannot use Panther for borderless
printing. I'm stuck at OS 10.2.4. I
noticed Canon has drivers for most of the
printers for 10.3 but Epson has zero. Any
comments appreciated.

I own the 960 so I can tell you what I know:

Epson told me that the current driver found on their site (for 10.24) will work. Also, they say that the driver can be found on disc 3 of the four disc set that comes with the computer -- I'm assuming they mean the system software discs.

Since I don't own Panther I don't know whether Panther comes on four CDs. (If it doesn't, then it must be the CD set that comes with a new Mac purchase. )

Have you bought Panther, or only inquiring before upgrading?

As an aside, I really like the 960 -- it does a great job on CDs & DVDs. But Epson has already discontinued the model. (My printer is only a month old.)

Yes it does work on 10.2.4. I have a
G 4 that it works great on. I use a
iBook at home running Panther and
it will not work for borderless printing.
Have written Epson about this and I
am waiting for a reply.
