One of the only things I hate about Macs is that your printing options are very limited.

I have an Epson Workforce 435. When I used it on Windows, I would get the option box and it would allow me to change the settings such as the quality of the print. On a Mac, there are no such way to see or change settings and I Find it very frustrating.

I also have Parallels installed to use a few Windows Programs that I need. I tried printing from one of them and again, it is very limited. I tried installing the print driver from epson on windows and it won't find the printer, although the default printer does come up and you can print from it, but again with no options to change the settings.

Why do they make this so difficult and is there anyway around this to try and print at a higher quality instead of the default they have it set to?
