Running in Big Sur. The printer software says that the ink level information is not available. Clearly ink is low as there is a warning light on the printer panel that shows this, but not which cartridge. The Printer Utility will not run either - says it cannot be launched.

Any ideas? Am connected via wifi and they are genuine Epson cartridges.
