Not a big fan of the apple earbuds. Cost to have the combined by ultimate ears was $40.. decided to do it myself since I got the ER6i's for only $50

The most difficult part of this is knowing you might mess up two perfectly working headphones. After that its pretty easy except for getting the right wire length on the inside, and then heating the clear shrinkwrap
