Erase all content and settings

I want to erease all content and settings on my iphone 5, but when I'm trying all i see is loading circle

WTF its going on? What can i do with this? :|

Can't simply do this if you're jailbroken.
Restore via iTunes.

I can only rely on personal experience. I've been where you are with an iPhone4S.
