Erase AW for giving away?

I have an original AW Sport that I have been using for sleep tracking. If I decide to give it to my daughter, is there anything special I have to do to erase it? Other than, unpairing from my phone and pairing to hers?

Nope, unpairing restores it to factory default. Thats all you gotta do.

Once restored, you can re-pair it to any iPhone you so choose.
