I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 for sale on eBay. How would I erase all the data and information on the phone without losing my Jailbreak? Thanks.

You can't really do that. If you do the "Reset Data and Settings" in the Settings app, you'll be force to restore it. The best option is to just restore the iPhone. And remember, don't send off your SIM card. Keep it or destroy it.

Can I save the SHSH blobs so I can restore back to 4.1 and jailbreak it again?

Yes, use TinyUmbrella to see if you have them stored. If TinyUmbrella doesn't have them, use iFaith to pull them from the iPhone before you restore it.

I've heard syncing your phone to a computer which has itunes installed, but no media/library will accomplish what you are trying to do. Not sure how secure the erased data would be though.
