Erase & Install - Restore From Time Machine **Please Explain**

Hi

I have done an erase and install and clicked to restore from Time Machine. It now comes up with what do I want to include in the restore. My user account, applications, files and folders.

I really want to just restore my user profile and i will install all the applications i need once completed. What does files and folders mean if that isn't my user profile documents?

Can someone explain what all the different options are please?
