Erase iPod?

I've had to delete my library ONCE AGAIN because it became corrupted and album art was all switched around, is there any way to easily delete all my songs and keep my settings and apps?

On iOS 5 and higher, if you go to Settings > General > Usage and tap on the Music app, there's a label that says "All Music" which you can then just swipe to delete.
