Erased Address Book

Ok I dont know what I did, but somehow all my contacts were erased from my address book. I did install candy bar right before i noticed they were gone so maybe that had something to do with it. Anyways, does anyone know a way to get my contacts back at all? i really dont want to have to go back one by one.

Then you have just learnt an important lesson: ALWAYS BACK UP.

No it will not make a backup automatically for you

Do you have .Mac? ...If not, you might want to invest in it so this doesn't happen again.

hopefully he had it synced with a pda or mobile phone so he can get it back.
