After a clean install of IOS 16.4, I went to update my apps in App Store and there is no recently updated apps. When I long press App Store and choose updates, it does not have the recently updated apps listed. It is like it is not working. Anybody have similar issue?

Don't think anything wrong if truly a clean install. No apps to update on a fresh/new iPhone as the stock/standard apps come with OS updates.

For example, scroll down to the bottom of the iPhone 14 tech specs tab to see what comes standard.

Will need to setup from a backup to get a "list" of all the apps that were on the phone previously (which will cause latest version of the apps to download), or re-download the apps you want one-by-one.

I just reinstalled 16.4, too. There won’t be any updates as you’ve just installed all the latest versions of the apps. Give it some time and check for updates again. Took a few hours before any updates showed for me.
